Finally, it is time to really say that the Cottage is just about ready to go! What a fun journey! I first discovered and fell in love with this house when my friend Tessa was moving to Michigan and stayed there a couple weeks before they moved. That was when it was first a Guest House. I was in high school at the time and all I knew was that the time I spent there with her was my last few weeks before she moved (Tess and I are still close 11 years later and she still lives in Michigan). Since then I have always had sweet memories at this little house! A couple years after high school, I had the opportunity to rent it while I went to college at WTAMU. Since then, I purchased the house, lived there for several years and always dreamed of opening it as a Guest House again one day. The day has come! In June, I married the love of my life and we moved into our new home together. He was supportive of me opening it as a Guest House...so here we go! Check my blog for new projects and ideas and on decorating, entertaining, hospitality and such!
