The Cottage offers the conveniences of a hotel with provided linens, towels, toiletries, free WiFi, cable television, and Keurig coffee setup. During your stay at The Cottage accessibility is as easy as a keypad. The Cottage is set apart from a hotel with the extra space our guests have by having an entire home. We have a washer/dryer with supplies provided, we have a hot tub, covered patio/dining area and grill. We also have a fully furnished kitchen. You will also enjoy our convenient location to WTAMU, Panhandle Plains Museum, Amarillo, Palo Duro Canyon and downtown shopping.
What is the neighborhood around The Cottage like?
The Cottage is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is located near downtown and West Texas A&M University. We are a block away from both of the main streets through Canyon.
How many people can stay at The Cottage?
The Cottage has two queen beds. This makes it able to easily sleep four. We allow up to six, however, but you would need to bring your own air mattress for the living room.
Are pets allowed?
No. At this time, we do not allow pets.

What time is check in and check out?
,Check in is at 4pm and check out is 11am. If you need an earlier check in or extended check out time, please ask! If we can accommodate this with our other guests, we will be happy to do it!
How do we enter The Cottage once we arrive?
You will access the house by using a door code that is the last four digits of the phone number you use to book. This code allows you to check in and check out whenever works best for you.
When you make your reservation, we will send you an email confirmation of your stay. This will include the address and further directions for accessing the house.

We are a 20 minute drive to most areas of Amarillo.
How far is Palo Duro Canyon?
From The Cottage, it takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the main gate at the top of the canyon.
