Rates:
To book a one night, weekday stay, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee (since we still have to clean the house as if you stayed longer). Please contact us (806-223-3233) if you would like to book a single night stay.

- Regular Season (September 1 - May 31): $165/Weeknight; $195 Weekends
- Summer Season (June 1 - August 31): $195/Weeknight; $215 Weekends
